We will be starting our Fall Session on September 18 2024 to December 20th 2024! Our programs will consist of our usual basic program of 3 day a week workouts. You must be a part of this program to take part in any of  the other programs.

The North South Program will give players the opportunity to camps in the states. Visit campuses down south. Players who enter into this particular program will be training at a more advanced and at a faster pace than our regular weekly program. They will have additional works added to our current schedule. Players will have to maintain 75% and above average in school to take part in the program!
